Returns

What is the return process?

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and fulfill your order (pick, pack, and hand off to the courier).
Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it is considered fulfilled on our end.

What is the refund process?

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. 
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account once it has been processed.

Shipping

What is your general order processing time?

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.  Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number by email.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.  Please keep this email until your order is fulfilled.  Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal.  To help prevent fraud, orders flagged as high risk may require additional identity verification before they are processed.
